The Group has developed proprietary procurement systems which it employs to expedite the sourcing process, allowing the client greater flexibility in design variation throughout the project. Design & Build contracts also provide the ability to appoint subcontractors, apportion separate contractual responsibility to specialized contractors and improve control over delivery schedules. Building and fit-out services include shop drawings, cost estimates and value engineering, execution of all fit-out works, interiors and façade lighting, factory visits, pre-production prototypes, finish sample and mock ups, project management and site supervision, safe handling, transportation, storage and precise installation of all FF&E, OS&E and artwork.
