Our EMC 110 electric pedestrian stacker with ramp comfort feature combines performance capability, user friendliness and safety for the operator in one truck. It offers a wide range of options for almost all applications. Best example: The sorting of goods in racking or feeding them onto a machine. The palletised goods are simply raised to the required height from which they can be stored or removed from the pallet without having to bend or strain.
Ergonomic and technical advantages make the EMC especially easy to handle:

• The long tiller requires little steering effort and increases safety.
• The precise lowering function (optional) ensures gentle depositing of especially delicate materials in the racking or on the floor.

The ramp comfort feature activates a simple support arm lift. This increases the ground clearance significantly – in particular around the front support arm. The advantage: Easy crossing of thresholds, uneven surfaces or small ramps without grounding.
All travel and lifting functions are controlled effortlessly by the multifunctional tiller without having to stretch. The crawl speed button enables the truck to travel with the tiller upright in even the most restricted conditions.
The EMC also offers easy handling in terms of energy: The maintenance-free 70-Ah block batteries can be recharged by connecting the built-in charger to any standard 230 V mains socket. The battery discharge indicator continually displays the battery charge status.
The innovative 3-phase AC drive motor provides outstanding performance for this truck category, providing ideal conditions for efficient and economic operation.

Safe and comfortable stacking and retrieval

• All lifting and lowering functions are conveniently controlled from the multifunctional tiller arm. This allows the operator to concentrate fully on stacking and retrieving. Other features that make stacking and retrieving particularly safe and efficient include:
• Precise and gentle depositing of loads into the racking system or on the floor. The lowering speed is electro-hydraulically and precisely controlled (in 2 stages) via a button on the tiller arm (optional).
• High lifting speed increases productivity.
• Automatic regulation of the lift height with intelligent lift positioning (optional).

Ramp comfort for uneven floors and gradients

• Two heavy-duty cylinders increase ground clearance below the critical support arm areas. The slight backward tilt of the truck brings the load into a safe and stable position. This allows the EMC to negotiate thresholds, undulating gradients and uneven floors.
• Working in very confined spaces
• The EMC is an especially compact pedestrian stacker. The particularly short chassis length and low weight allow for use in extremely confined spaces, in the lift and on mezzanines. The EMC is also equipped with a crawl speed button. A press of the button is all that‘s needed for the EMC to manoeuvre safely, even with the tiller up right.

Work ergonomically

• The tiller head is perfectly adapted to the ergonomic needs of the operator:
• Colour coding for intuitive operation and buttons with wear-resistant icons.
• Grip angle to suit the hand position of the operator.
• Rocker switch for consistent operation in all tiller positions.
• Horn button positioned in the centre of the tiller for ease of access.
• Also used as a lift platform for reducing stress on the operator's back when loading.
